If it's Captain Blackeye, I see him being more of an enemy for Kazooie, considering Breegulls are seabirds and Blackeye is a pirate. However, I think basing a main villain on an animal that naturally preys on bears would also work.

That sounds amazing. They can even have voice acting as an option. Who wants Jas Patrick as the voice actor?
