thumb|300px|right Advent is the name of an unused song found in the code of Banjo-Kazooie. Contrary to popular belief, the song was not intended for Fungus Forest (which was transferred to Donkey Kong 64), but for the Giant's Lair, which became Gruntilda's Lair).
In the final game, the entrance to the Freezeezy Peak level resembles a storebought advent calendar, whether this has anything to do with the song "Advent" is unknown.
On his website, Grant Kirkhope revealed that the music started as a theme for Project Dream's soundtrack, to be used on an unnamed map known as "Adventure".
