Once the game initiates, the game board, a moving picture of a scene from Banjo-Kazooie, splits into 20 jigsaw pieces which scatter themselves around the edge of the board, leaving a black and white moving picture in their place. The object of the game is to direct Banjo's hand to pick up the pieces and place them in their original positions within the time limit using the black and white base as a guide. There are six rounds, as well as a special secret round. From round three on, some pieces will rotate themselves as they scatter and just be rotated back to into position using {{C-left}} and {{C-right}}. Each round get progressively harder than the last, having shorter time limits, less contrast within the image, and more pieces which must be rotated. After each round, Bottles will reward the pair with a [[Cheat Codes|code]] which can be entered on the Sandcastle floor for hilarious results.

Bottles' Moving Picture is a secret minigame found in Banjo-Kazooie. In order to access it, you must first have obtained the Jiggy from the Sandcastle in Treasure Trove Cove; once you have the Jiggy, go back to Banjo's house on Spiral Mountain, stand on the rug just in front of the fireplace, and use C up button (N64) to look at the portrait of Bottles above the mantle.

From round three on, some pieces will rotate themselves as they scatter and just be rotated back to into position using C left button (N64) and C right button (N64). Each round get progressively harder than the last, having shorter time limits, less contrast within the image, and more pieces which must be rotated. After each round, Bottles will reward the pair with a code which can be entered on the Sandcastle floor for hilarious results.

Note: In the XBLA version of Banjo-Kazooie, you have to stand a little bit closer to the picture and look at it than in the N64 version.
