Diggit is an enemy in Glitter Gulch Mine which disguises itself as a shovel to fool intruders, although the cover is less than perfect since the world contains no actual shovels. Diggit springs to life when Banjo gets near and tries to spear him with its blade. Although this enemy is fast to attack and can be hard to hear coming over the ambient noises of the mine, a single hit from almost any attack will be enough to break it into pieces, and each attack attempt the shovel makes causes it to stick in the ground for a time.

- Its attack patterns and apperance are similar to that of Franky the Pitchforks attacks of Conker's Bad Fur Day.
