The Captain's Quarters is a cabin found under the ship's bridge in Rusty Bucket Bay, which can be entered by smashing a window, near the front of the ship. Inside are 2 Grublin Seamen, 3 Notes, 2 Gold Feathers and a Jiggy in the closet, above a Grille Chompa.

- There's a Grille Chompa in the closet, a possible reference to a bogeyman (or monster in the closet).
- The Red Mystery Egg will appear on the bed here, if you enter the appropriate cheat.
- On the wall behind the bed, there's a painting of what looks like the Rusty Bucket.
