The Protect Chris P. Bacon Jiggy. from Jolly Roger's Lagoon sounds like it would be a lot easier if you could complete it with the submarine transformation. Is that possible?
I've just checked, and unfortunately you can't. Chris P. Bacon doesn't seem to acknowledge you as a submarine so he won't speak to you.
