A gate which is located in digger tunnels which they close when Banjo and Kazooie enter.
Gates are doors that trap Banjo and Kazooie in the digger tunnel when they enter. They cannot be destroyed or anything with any explosive eggs. They close when a boss fight occurs. Gates cannot be gone through to get out of the boss fight. They don't open until Klungo is defeated. Once he is defeated 3 times then they will open back up and Banjo and Kazooie can escape. In the 1st digger tunnel, they head on out to Isle o' Hags. On the second digger tunnel, they leave to Wasteland which those 2 gates are closed and can't be opened yet.
