Histup is a snake and one of Rubee's pets. He aids Banjo after three Blue Eggs have been dropped into the small basket rotating around the basket in which Histuo resides. He stretches his neck to the highest part of the pyramid enabling Banjo to reach a Jiggy. Banjo can climb up his neck or stand on top of the basket's lid to reach the Jiggy. Histup is one of the few characters in Banjo-Kazooie who doesn't have a speaking role.
