The Honeycomb Puzzle is the last of the jigsaw puzzles in Banjo-Kazooie. It is a picture of an empty honeycomb piece and requires 4 Jiggies to complete. Once the puzzle is finished, all of the player's Honeycombs will turn red and last twice as long. This puzzle is located behind one of the note doors near Dingpot at the top of the tower. 868 notes are required.

Completing the Honeycomb Puzzle makes all of Banjo's energy honeycombs turn red and last twice as long, which helps during challenging battles.
