King Jingaling's Throne Room is located at the center of Jinjo Village in the Isle O' Hags in Banjo-Tooie. This large building is where King Jingaling with his pet Toots rules the Jinjo Village and "all things Jinjo." Going up the path to the left from Jamjars' silo will lead to it.
When Banjo and Kazooie first enter, they learn about how Gruntilda and her sisters have scared away the Jinjos of the village with the noise of the Hag 1 machine, causing the Jinjos to flee to various areas around the Isle O'Hags. After this explanation, King Jingaling gives the duo their first Jiggy in the game and tells them to go visit Master Jiggywiggy in his temple.
Immediately after the bear and bird escaped left, Grunty and her wicked sisters used B.O.B. to suck the life force of King Jingaling and his entire throne room.
Trivia
Before the life force is drained, the throne room shines golden and has merry music. But after being zombified, the land around the throne room becomes gray and the merry music becomes sad music.
