A Magnet Spell is used by Gruntilda's attacks. Because you can't dodge it, you must use Wonderwing to destroy it. The spell was foreshadowed earlier in one of Gruntilda's taunts, where she alludes to a "neat" spell she has that she offered to show Banjo if he makes it far enough.
