A Random Stop Honeycomb is a special type of Honeycomb. It acts exactly like the Skill Stop Honeycomb in that it sets a new energy level; however, instead of the segments flashing in order, they flash randomly, making it difficult to get Banjo's energy bar full. Also, Random Stop Honeycombs are very rare; they appear only in Witchyworld.
It is identified as a normal honeycomb with a ? and there also appears to be an ! on it.
